Founded in 1986, our journey began as an OEM manufacturer in China, specializing in aluminium and rattan furniture supplied to over 30 countries, including the UK, EU, and USA.
In the UK, 2008, Alteration Trading Ltd was established, TA Cozy Bay Ltd at the time, expanding into the distribution and manufacturing of premium home and garden leisure products. Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation for innovative, high-quality, and functional designs.
Our portfolio includes trusted brands such as Oseasons, Limoge, RoyalFire, and Cozy Bay Furniture. Launched in 2014, Oseasons quickly gained recognition, later expanding into eCommerce to offer affordable home and garden solutions.
While we continue to handle bulk and container B2B orders, our main focus is now the B2C market-supported by lasting partnerships with some of the UK’s most respected retailers.

RoyalFire offers Wood Burners, Firepits & Heating for both your Indoor and Outdoor needs, with CE Certification and DEFRA approved items, our commitment to your heating needs are second-to-none.
Cozy Bay is the home of our Furniture Covers and Industrial Strength, Premium Outdoor Furniture, which has the highest grades of Aluminium and most robust Rattan on the market. Our Rattan and Frames are 100% Weatherproof protected.
Limoge is our latest edition to the Alteration family, offering Bathroom Fixtures, Bedroom Furniture & Bedding. Our range is currently Bedoom and bathroom focused but we are planning to expand throughout the entire Home.
